CNC Instruction Procedure
Starting and Resurfacing
The CNC table should be resurfaced at the beginning of each shift.
| 1. To start the machine simply turn the switch to the on position |  |
| 2. Click the "F11" icon located at the bottom right of the screen |  |
| 3. Click the "Assignment" icon located at the bottom of the screen |  |
| 4. Click the "Select" icon located at the top right of the screen |  |
| 5. Click the "Parent Directory" up arrow to go back to the beginning |  |
| 6. Open the "Weeke (D:)" drive |  |
| 7. Open the "ww4" folder |  |
| 8. Open the "a1" folder |  |
| 9. Open the "mp4" folder |  |
| 10. Click the "_____spoil.mpr" file |  |
| 11. When the file loads click the "Accept" icon located at top right of the screen |  |
| 12. Click the "Softkeys" icon located at bottom left of the screen |  |
| 13. Click both the Push off icons and the Front fence icon to turn them off |  |
| 14. Step on the foot pedal located under the CNC table |  |
|
15. Click the left Resurfacing icon and the right icon will turn yellow This icon is only clicked when resurfacing the table. Do not click icon for any other reason! |

| 16. Press the "Cycle Start" button |  |
